Our Story
Our Story 🌿
A Life More Abundantly Wellness was born out of love — love for our children, love for the body's natural wisdom, and a deep desire to live in harmony with the earth's most powerful gifts.
When our first child came into the world, my husband and I made a quiet but firm decision: we would not rely on the allopathic path for her health. That commitment only deepened with the birth of our second child, and now our third. With each child, we've grown in knowledge, in confidence, and in our conviction that the body — when nourished intentionally — has a remarkable ability to restore and sustain itself.
Everything we offer began as medicine I made exclusively for my own family. These weren't products created for a market — they were remedies crafted out of necessity, out of research, and out of love. And they worked. So we decided to share them.
Why No Essential Oils?
You'll notice that our offerings are free from essential oils — and that's very intentional. As our family distanced ourselves from essential oils for our own health reasons, we found that what we needed simply wasn't available. So I did what any determined mama would do: I learned the old-fashioned way.
Our products are made using whole herbs infused in oils, alcohol, glycerine, and vinegar — traditional methods that have supported human health for centuries. No shortcuts. No synthetics. Just plants, patience, and purpose.
Our Mission 🌿
At A Life More Abundantly Wellness, our heart is to remind people that wellness was never meant to feel out of reach. We believe the body was beautifully designed with the ability to restore, support, and care for itself when we become intentional about what we put in and on it.
Through thoughtfully crafted herbal offerings rooted in traditional wellness practices, we hope to encourage a slower, more mindful approach to everyday care — one that honors nourishment, nature, and the body as a whole.
Our mission is not to replace modern medicine, but to help inspire people to reconnect with the power of intentional living, plant-based wellness, and abundant care for the body they've been given.
✨ Because sometimes healing begins with returning to the simple things.
